Keane is a beloved English rock band originating from Battle, East Sussex comprised of Tim Rice-Oxley, Tom Chaplin, Richard Hughes, and Jesse Quin. Selling over 11 million copies of their five consecutive Number One records, with their four award-winning albums and their 8 track EP ‘Night Train’, it is no exaggeration to say that Keane is firmly established as one of the world’s most successful, innovative and cherished bands.
Their new album, Cause and Effect, is out now on Island Records. Keane brings the Cause and Effect Tour to the historic Fox Theater in Oakland on Monday, March 9th. Irish traditional duo, whose music is also described as “atmosfolk”, Saint Sister will open the show.
