Event Details

You and your 2.5 kids are invited to Building Our Own White Picket Fences, which features six installations offering the queer perspective on traditional images of marriage, family and relationships.

We can all agree that any household dynamic will appreciate complimentary wine and food.

Each installation will depict a household with a front yard created from soil, grass and AstroTurf with the artists’ interpretation of white picket fences whether or not it made of wood. The plots will be enhanced with experimental and interactive performancessoundscapesvideos, and textiles.
