Michael Weller recently received one of the highest honors in the field of Culinary Arts. Le Cordon Bleu of Paris, France awarded him the prestigious L’ Esprit d’ Excellence Award for excellence in culinary education. Weller is the senior executive chef and Program Chair at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
