Caltrain 150th Anniversary Celebration & Festival

Caltrain invites customers and the public to travel back into history for a celebration of 150 years of railroad service between San Francisco and San Jose.

At a short dedication event that will be held at 9 am at the San Francisco Caltrain station, the Native Sons of the Golden West will donate plaques for an installation at 8 historic train stations.

Head down to Santa Clara for the main 150th anniversary celebration & festival which starts at 10 am.

Free Caltrain Rides

A special 150th Anniversary train, FREE to the public, will depart from San Francisco and return from Santa Clara.
