Get physical at this social get together with a light workout and a discussion and exchange of ideas on how to set up and reach your fitness goals.

Grab your friends, come to Lafayette Park in Pacific Heights and look for the candles lit on a big picnic table. This event will be led by professional personal trainers, you will be doing some light workouts.

Wondering why candle lights, why evening, and why outdoor? The organizers insist that personal fitness is, well, personal and as humans we are more open to discuss personal issues, including fitness, health and wellness, in the cover of the nights.
