Event Details

The CatchLight Visual Storytelling Summit returns on the eve of World Press Freedom Day, bringing together photographers, journalists, and artists exploring how visual storytelling shapes public understanding of urgent global and local issues. The day features a program of workshops, main-stage conversations, and creative exchange on the evolving role of visual media.

A central highlight is award-winning photojournalist Lynsey Addario, known for her deeply human reporting from conflict zones and humanitarian crises, who will close the Summit with reflections on press freedom, bearing witness, and the responsibilities of visual storytelling in a complex global landscape.
