Chinatown’s “We Are Bruce Lee” Costume Contest (SF)

In support of our We Are Bruce Lee exhibition, CHSA is excited to partner with the San Francisco Chinatown Merchants Association for an exciting, fun, and engaging We Are Bruce lee costume contest at this year’s Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival. This is an opportunity for our community to reflect the joy, creativity, and the spirit of Chinatown’s native son, Bruce Lee, during this important cultural celebration.

Participants are encouraged to come to the festival dressed up in their most inspired Bruce Lee costume, outfit, or clothing. So grab your finest Kato outfit, iconic yellow Game of Death track suit or other Bruce Lee-inspired attire. The more creative, the better! Winners will receive a one-of-a-kind CHSA We Are Bruce Lee prize package.

The inaugural We Are Bruce Lee costume contest will be held at the San Francisco Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival on Saturday, August 27!  The Bruce Lee Costume Contest will be at 2:30PM at the main stage. All entries should arrive at 15 minutes earlier, at 2:15 pm so we can get their names and contact information.
