2018 Chinese Spring Festival | Chinatown
The Chinese Cultural Center hosts SF’s largest indoor Lunar New Year Celebration. New for 2018, they’re hosting a special Year of the Dog exhibition.
Enjoy dog-themed artwork at the exhibition and all day performances from the Vietnamese Student Association Lion Dance, Chen Tai Chi, Tamiko Wong and Charlie Chin, singer Katherine Park, Hai Yan Dance Group, China’s Spirit, and the Chinese Folk Dance Association.
The festival will also feature booths from local artists and artisans. Afternoon performances are free and open to the public.

Join in the CCC’s auditorium for a special edition of Spring Festival. 2018’s programming will coincide with the opening of Martial Spirit, the CCC’s newest exhibition and will highlight martial arts as well as musical and dance performances by local artists.
Performances include a lion dance, erhu and guzheng performances, and various dance styles to elevate the community and be a voice for equality. Please note the date is February 24, not February 17th as was previously listed.
