“Choosing the Right Business Entity” SF LGBT Workshop

This workshop is hosted by the small business program at the SF LGBT Center in partnership with Aharoni Business Law, PC.

Starting a new business? Have a business but aren’t sure whether you chose the right entity? Join us for this workshop where business attorney Galia Aharoni Schmidt will be discussing the main types of business entities, including how they work, how to set them up, how to stay in compliance, and how to choose the best one for you. The focus will be on sole proprietorships, general partnerships, LLCs, and corporations, but feel free to bring your questions about other types of entities, too.

This workshop is perfect for someone who is starting a business but doesn’t know what is the right entity for them, or someone who already owns a business but is wondering if their current business entity is most fit for them.
