The first event in the 2015 Homing Season, Choosing Here is an installation-based event from Ragged Wing Ensemble at The Flight Deck.
Free performance on Thursday, January 22. Use code Funcheap for $5 off tickets for all other performances. (Sliding scale: $10-25). Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm; Sundays at 2 pm.
Choosing Here will feature several art/music/poetry collaborations, performances, and short films that develop from research into Oakland’s history and conversations with the local community. The installations are very short experiences that repeat throughout the duration of the event, allowing audience members to explore at their own pace.
