SF’s Yerba Buena Gardens Festival 2026
The 2026 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival hosts a full lineup of free outdoor music, theater, circus, dance, poetry, and children’s programs. The Festival opens on Saturday, May 9, 2026 with Hermán Olivera y Orquesta Taíno to kick off its 26th season. The Festival features over 100 free performances from May to November in Downtown San Francisco.
Circus Bella, San Francisco’s favorite one-ring circus, returns with an entirely new production conceived and directed by Bella-founder Abigail Munn and Artistic Director Joel Baker, with the talents of Juggling Director, Judy Finelli.
Set to original music by the ingenious composer/accordionist Rob Reich, who leads the stellar Circus Bella All-Star Band, the action-packed 60-minute show features static trapeze, rope walking, hula hoop, juggling, contortion, clowning, family foot juggling and more. Circus Bella partners with Prescott Circus Theatre, a youth development and performing arts program based in West Oakland, as a pre-show and opening act.
