$1 Book Day at 2016 “Big Book Sale”

Over 250,000 books on sale at Mason and every one of them just $1

Held at Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion, the Friends of the San Francisco Public Library’s Spring Book Sale will feature over 250,000 books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, vinyl and other forms of media in over 70 categories.

Friends of the SF Public Library 2016 Spring Big Book Sale
March 30-April 3, 2016 | 10 am to 6 pm
Fort Mason Festival Pavilion, SF
FREE Admission

Everything is $3 or less with a 3-2-1 scale:

  • $3 – hard cover books
  • $2 – paperback books
  • $1 – DVDs, CDs, books on tape, vinyl and other forms of media
  • Cheap Alert: Sunday, April 3, 2016: Everything remaining will be just $1

Volunteer for Free Books (and wine):
It takes a village to put on a Big Book Sale. They need volunteers March 28th – April 4th. Each volunteer receives a complimentary ticket to the Preview Reception which includes wine and snacks while you shop, a first look at the books as they come in, and a $5 coupon for every shift worked.
