See 100+ of SF’s most classic lowriders at free Cinco de Mayo car show

The San Francisco Lowrider Council presents the 1st Memorial Sandy Cuadra Cinco de Mayo Show n’ Shine.

See 100+ of SF’s most classic lowrider cars from the ’40s, ’50s, ’60s and ’70s along with lowrider bicycles, motorcycles and a car hopping exhibition.

And stay tuned after the car show to watch many of the cars cruising the neighborhood. The event will be filled with cars, food, DJs and good people. Admission is by donation and all proceeds go to John O”Connell High School.

The car show is held in the honor of Sandy Cuadra, who passed away in October of 2013, was an icon of the Mission District who was an extremely welcoming matriarch of her block near 24th and Harrison.
