The 1st Ever Legal Fixed Gear Bike Race in the Mission

No brakes, no lights, no water bottles… just crazy hairpin turns and hella speed.

This Saturday (April 11, 2015) was the first fully legal, closed course bike race in the Mission District. Ever. Mission Crit featured two 120 degree turns, so spectating was awesome but a bit harrowing.

The rules? No brakes, no levers, no lights, no water bottles (don’t worry, you won’t have time to take a sip anyway)
