Did you already file for unemployment yet? If not, this is a good time to file because you may be getting an extra $600 a week which could last up to 4 months.
The unemployment benefits are part of the federal stimulus package approved by Congress. Gov. Newsom said on Thursday, “Many Californians are feeling the effects of this pandemic, and this added benefit is very important to our workers so they have needed resources during this difficult time.”
