Amazon’s Mysterious Giant Orange Locker

First it was Google’s mysterious barge in San Francisco Bay, now Amazon is getting into the act with a cryptic structure appearing in the city for promotional purposes.

On Thursday, May 15, 2014, Amazon set up a giant orange locker in Justin Herman Plaza. Named “giant” this super-sized version of its delivery lockers where people can pick up amazon shipments.

So we’ve uncovered what the deal is. Nissan has teamed up with Amazon. If you pass by and tweet, comment or post a photo with the hashtag #giantlocker you’ll earn a code to open one of the locker doors to win a prize.

One person will get a big surprise and their code will open up the giant door and they’ll win a Nissan Rogue.
