Asian Art Museum’s Bonus Free Day

A rare mid-month free Sunday timed with Sunday Streets

In celebration of Sunday Streets, the Asian Art Museum is hosting a special one-off free Target Sunday on September 23, 2018.

Bring the whole family to the museum on Sunday, September 23 with free general admission courtesy of Target and while you’re there, be sure to check out Nupur Nishith’s Mithila Piano (Sept. 7-Dec. 30).

Insider’s tip: Skip the line by ordering advance free tickets online – Please note that free admission is for the general galleries. Special exhibitions are $10.

– Haroon Mirza: The Night Journey (Sept. 7-Dec. 9)

Sunday Streets, Sunday, September 23:
Sari Dress Tent: A wearable living-sculpture installation, the 11-foot-tall Sari Dress Tent, with a voluminous 12 ft. circumference skirt, embodies stories of migration.

Please note: Street parking is free on Sundays, making a visit to the museum both fun and affordable.
