After 44 years of studies & planning, BART is finally going all the way to Oakland Airport in the fall of 2014.

In the meantime, you are invited you to a series of outreach events to learn more about the Oakland Airport Connector extension to Oakland International Airport (OAK) and provide comments on key service changes, fares, and shorter wait and travel times.

The new link will replace the AirBART shuttle bus with a driverless, automated people mover system. The new extension is expected to open in the fall of 2014.
