G-Eazy Giving Free Meals for a Month to At-Risk SF Youth

Thanks to TMZ and KTVU for the uplifting news that rapper G-Eazy donating free meals to at-risk youth in SF.

G-Eazy is giving back to the local community during this time of crisis. The Bay Area hip-hop star is helping to provide free meals to at-risk youth living in San Francisco for an entire month, through a partnership between his Non-profit Organization Endless Summer Fund and the Larkin Street Youth Services.

“At the fundamental level of food, that’s just something that’s hella essential so I felt that by helping in this way, providing lunch for a whole month, would be a good way to reach out and help those who are the most in need in a time of crisis,” G-Eazy said. 

He is also sponsoring a local food truck, Mi Morena in order to feed community members who cannot easily access meals from the Larkin Street Youth Services drop-in sites. The food is prepared out of the nonprofit organization La Cocina, which works to promote equity in business ownership for women, immigrants, and people of color.
