CA Now Requires Face Masks in Most Indoor Spaces
Thanks to ABC News for letting us know about the new guidance from the state of California that now orders people to wear masks in public spaces.
Governor Gavin Newsom announced that starting June 18, Californians must wear face coverings in common and public indoor spaces and outdoors when distancing is not possible. This is to help reduce the spread of coronavirus, especially when combined with physical distancing and frequent hand washing.

What kind of face covering is required? Please note that this does not have to be an N95 face mask or a surgical face mask, but simply could be a cloth face covering including those improvised from household items such as scarfs, T-shirts, sweatshirts, or towels.
NEW: Californians are now REQUIRED to wear face coverings in public spaces.
