Someone Made SF’s DNA Lounge in The Sims 4… and It’s Insane

SF’s legendary concert venue created online thanks to ADHD hyperfocus and a Red Bull-fueled craze

So we’re all cooped up inside with nowhere fun to go at night.

So one rather bored DNA Lounge employee, Jun Shéna decided to keep herself occupied and recreate the venue in The Sims almost entirely from memory thanks to ADHD hyperfocus and a Red Bull-fueled craze which resulted in an insanely-detailed virtual version of the DNA Lounge for The Sims 4.

The level of detail is amazing and includes the entire venue inside and out including the stages, bar (including booze bottles) and the pizza shop. In fact, it’s the cleanest we’ve ever seen the place.

What’s Included in Virtual DNA Lounge?

The entire space includes club-side Main Room, DNA Pizza, Above DNA, Lounge, and Dazzle. It also includes the green room, all back offices, storage spaces, the kitchen, pantries, ice rooms, the stairwell, the attic, the “secret” balcony that once housed a mysterious number of mannequins, down to some easter eggs known mostly to employees. Oh, and access to the roof (which sadly, does not have a pool.)

When she’s finished, she’ll make the space available for download.

If you’re REALLY missing DNA Lounge– be sure to contribute your part in helping it survive the ongoing COVID-19 crisis that’s delivering some devastating blows against the nightlife and live entertainment scene that remains in San Francisco right now.

I’m sure we much rather it remain in real life, than just a playable model in The Sims.
