Three days of crazy skateboarding, BMX & Freestyle motocross stunts & tricks

The Dew Tour Toyota City Championships is a free three-day action sports and lifestyle festival coming to San Francisco on October 11-13, 2013.

The event features Skateboarding, BMX and FMX competitions with live music and the Dew Tour Experience where fans can get athlete autographs, interact with the Dew Tour sponsors, ride the Skate and BMX fan courses and more.

The event is sure to have a city feel with many courses inspired by San Francisco and the skaters and BMX riders that live here.

Most events take place at Civic Center, but please note the “Streetstyle” events  will be hosted on Harrison Street between Fremont and Spear.

Crazy Street Courses
From the street course replicating infamous SF spots like Hubba Hideout and the China Banks, to the complete takeover of Harrison Street to throw down at high speeds on the ultimate urban course full of Jersey barriers, shipping containers and more – the course builds for the Dew Tour Toyota City Championships are what set this event apart from the rest

A Ton of Dirt for Jumps In Civic Center
Don’t forget the enormous amounts of dirt trucked into the city’s civic area to create a complete BMX jump course between the Asian Art Museum and San Francisco Public Library in addition to the FMX setup directly in front of City Hal. Spectators will gather to see huge airs and technical tricks from Drew Bezanson, Scotty Cranmer, Brandon Dosch, Anthony Napolitan, Kevin Peraza, Daniel Sandoval and more.

Streetstyle Contest on Harrison Street
Dew Tour returns with its one-of-a-kind progressive Streetstyle contest, taking over Harrison St., with urban features including shipping containers, scaffolding, curbs, ledges and Toyota vehicles to build a dream setup for skaters and riders.

FMX Triple Threat
The FMX (Freestyle Motocross) Triple Threat competition features motorcycle riders trying to impress judges with jumps and stunts right in front of City Hall with a rider-inspired format featuring whips, uprights and a rider’s choice round. Nate Adams, Taka Higashino, Adam Jones, Mike Mason, Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg, Todd Potter and others will compete for the Dew Cup. F

Community Day – Sunday
On Sunday, October 13, Dew Tour hosts Community Day, giving kids the opportunity to skate the Dew Tour pro street course and ride the Mongoose BMX pump track. Dew Community Day is a way for Dew Tour to thank the city and residents of San Francisco for welcoming the event, athletes and entire industry to their city. The Dew Tour weekend will also feature a concert and the Dew Tour: Recognize photo exhibit, showcasing inspiring skate photography from well known industry photographers.
