Family Amusement Park “Gilroy Gardens” Reopens May 22

Over 500 days later, the horticultural theme park finally reopens

After being closed since January 5, 2020, Gilroy Gardens is finally reopening on May 22.

Unfortunately, the park would have celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2020, but had to postpone its birthday celebration due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The park never reopened in 2020.

Gilroy Gardens is excited to announce our 2021 Opening Day – May 22!

We look forward to welcoming children back to their Gardens. To ensure their safety, we will be planning several operational changes that will be in effect upon our reopening. Closer to opening, specifics about these enhanced health and safety measures will be available on our website.
