San Francisco Earth Hour 2016
San Francisco will be turning off the non-essential, decorative tower lights on the Golden Gate Bridge, the famous Ghirardelli Sign, but no word yet on other monuments. In past years SF City Hall and the Bay Lights also participated and went dark for an hour.

About Earth Hour: On Earth Hour hundreds of millions of people, organizations, corporations and governments around the world will come together to make a bold statement about their concern for climate change by doing something quite simple–turning off their lights for one hour.
