Happy “Hatchday:” SF’s Albino Alligator “Claude” Turns 25
September 15 is a big day at the California Academy of Sciences. It’s the day our favorite albino American alligator hatched from his egg! Claude, the startlingly white Alligator mississippiensis has become one of the Academy’s most famous residents.
