Ecstatic Dance East Bay celebrates its anniversary with boombox support from the Decentralized Dance Party to make you dance, sweat and let loose all around Lake Merritt – yes, at five different locations, switching up every hour.

FREE (donations welcome)They will be playing music from a small powered FM transmitter to the 30 or so boomboxes gifted from Decentralized Dance Party. If you have your own BoomBox (or Ghetto Blaster / Walkman / Solar Powered Radio) that can play music from the FM dial, please bring them. Their DJs will spinning live and on the move around the lake on their phones and tablets.
2015 Traveling Dance Party Schedule:
- 2 pm: Picnic at the Fairyland sign
- 3 pm: Fairyland
- 4 pm: Gazebo
- 5 pm: Band Stand
- 6 pm: Peralta Park
- 7 pm: return to Fairyland
