Get ready for a haunted house, costume contests, pumpkin patch, free kids treats and more. It’s the 3rd Annual “Kids Scream Zone” at the Contra Costa County Health & Wellness Festival, Oct 29, 2022 inside the Contra Costa Fairgrounds. It’s the largest Halloween County Fair in Northern California!
