Pacifica & Half Moon Bay Beaches Closed This Weekend
San Mateo County beaches closed through Monday morning due to bad air and concern for fire crews

Thanks to KRON4 for letting us know that Pacifica and Half Moon Bay has decided to close all beaches this weekend in order to keep the roads clear due to unhealthy air quality and to keep the roads clear for emergency vehicles.
Pacifica Beach/Beach Parking Lots Closed:
Beaches will be closed sunrise Saturday (Aug 22) to sunrise Monday (Aug 24).
- Pacifica State beach (Linda Mar Beach) and north and south parking lots
- Crespi parking lot in front of the Pacifica Community Center
- Rockaway Beach and north and south parking lots
- Sharp Park Beach
- Esplanade Beach and Fisherman’s Lot in the 800 block of Palmetto Avenue
Half Moon Bay has also closed their beaches and beach parking lots through Monday morning.
