Philz Re-opens 27 Bay Area Locations for Coffee To Go
Thanks to SF Gate for letting us know that Philz is re-opening 27 of the 34 Bay Area locations with a a new mobile-only pick-up system to help minimize contact. So the coffee is coming back, but no more cash or credit cards for the time being.
Philz Coffee New Mobile Pick-up Locations
Philz is testing a mobile pick up concept in a few of our stores before deciding to go further. Starting on Wednesday, April 8, we will be open for a mobile-only experience at the following locations from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. Read more.

- Moving to a mobile order only experience and placing the cups at the door for pick up. Think of our doors like a walk-up window or a drive-thru on foot.
- Unlike other pre-order apps, you can pick your *exact* pick up time, which will limit crowding and physical contact at the pick up table.
- Adding food and pound bags to our mobile app within the next week.
