This Masked Man Delivers Free Toilet Paper & Weed

During these hard times, people around the world try to help those who are in need, but there are people who take an interesting approach to helping people.

Vice tells us a peculiar story of a masked man driving around the streets of Manchester, England giving out free toilet paper, bottled water, hand sanitizer. Oh and free marjiuana pre-rolls

Meet OUTLAW: His approach to this quarantine is interesting and quite out-of-the-ordinary. He is Manchester-based music producer and activist. He rides his van around the city  handing out “essential” isolation items to people during the quarantine.

Right now OUTLAW is just in the U.K. but we’d love to see someone in the Bay Area take up the mantle and become a totally smoked-out Santa Claus delivering goodies on 4/20/20.
