SF’s Beloved Green Apple Books’ Newest Location Coming to SFO

Thanks to SF Gate for sharing that well-loved San Francisco indie bookstore Green Apple Books is opening a new location.

The new location will be in SFO’s Harvey Milk Terminal 1, but construction is not expected to begin until October 2023. The new shop is tentatively scheduled to open in March 2024. The long wait is because that area of the terminal is still under construction.

Green Apple Books currently has 3 locations in the city; its original location at 506 Clement Street, its second location, Green Apple Books on the Park at 1231 9th Ave., and Browser Books
at 2195 Fillmore Street.
