SF’s Historic Roxie Theater Reopens May 21
San Francisco’s historic Roxie Theater is finally reopening.
In March 2020, our doors closed to the public and we’ve spent the past year and nine weeks waiting to finally make this announcement. The Roxie will reopen Friday, May 21st with limited showtimes and seating capacity.
For the reopening day, Roxie Theater is inviting its fans to help pick the reopening movie.
What movie will reopen the Roxie? You tell us!
Of the thousands of titles you submitted, and the fourteen films that made it to the last voting round, there now remain only four. Let the final round begin! Choose one movie by Wednesday, May 5 at 4pm, and help us pick the film that will spearhead the reopening of The Roxie!
The four films in the final round of voting are:
- Cinema Paradiso
- Mulholland Drive
- The Last Black Man In San Francisco
- Vertigo
