FREEGet costumed, get sassy, and get ready to get silly. Start at the 16th St BART Plaza at 8:30 pmish take off from there in a giant dancing blob. Roam, and get you safely back home.
Remember: Halloween may be only one night, but DanceOWeen will haunt you for a lifetime. In a good way.
