After a three-month hiatus, Cityscape, San Francisco’s tallest sky bar, is reopening just in time for clearer skies and stunning views.

Perched 46 stories high atop the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, this 360-degree sky bar offers unparalleled vistas of the City by the Bay including the Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge and beyond. The grand reopening is set for 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Thankfully, the reopening coincides with the end of “Fogust” (San Francisco’s notorious foggy August), with Saturday’s forecast predicting mostly clear skies. This is ideal if you’re hoping to enjoy a cocktail and soaking in panoramic views.

MENU
The drinks won’t be cheap with most bottled beer $9, drafts$13, well vodka $14, “cosmic cocktails” $20-22 and mocktails around $14), but the views are spectacular so grab one drink a great spot and drink slowwwwwly.

Cityscape has been reimagined with a new celestial theme, featuring recently rediscovered mid-century modern artwork panels known as the “Celestial Sisters.” Originally created in the 1960s, these panels were hidden for decades before being restored to adorn the bar. Each piece celebrates the mysteries of the night sky, adding an intriguing layer of history to the space.
