SoMa Outdoor Dance Party
The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival kicks off the monthly open air dance party Let’s Go Salsa @ Jessie with the amazing SF salsa band Mazacote.
Led by timbalero Louie Romero, Mazacote is a swinging old school salsa band, specializing in the golden age New York sound that came about in the 1970’s. Romero’s pedigree is second to none, having been the timbales player for Hector Lavoe, Willie Colón, Celia Cruz, and Ruben Blades
