Activity hubs will be located on 22nd Street, Cargo Way, Oakdale, and Bancroft Streets, with dozens of free activities in between offered by local merchants. Combined with the always festive atmosphere of the Bayview and Dogpatch neighborhoods, April 9th will be a special day to explore old and new.
