A full day of pinatas, beer and 12 food trucks serving up unique taco specials.

Funcheap and SoMa Streat Food bring you a Cinco de Mayo celebration with piñatas, Mexican music, lots of beer, Agave Margaritas and tacos… oh the tacos.

We’ll have several trucks each day including some of SF’s best traditional Mexican taco trucks, plus other trucks offering their own unique spin on this classic Mexican street food.

Event Highlights

  • A bevy of food trucks & carts cooking up lots of tacos

Cinco de Mayo Food Truck Lineup

LUNCH LINEUP (11am-3pm)

  • La Jefa:
    • Crispy Barbacoa Tacos (Guadalajara style) – two corn tortillas, braised beef, topped with onion, cilantro and hot sauce
    • Liver Tacos – Two corn tortillas with liver, topped with grilled onion, cilantro and hot sauce
  • The Boneyard: Boneyard BBQ Tacos with choice of meats – Chicken, Carolina pulled pork, Texas Beef Brisket & choice of toppings – salsa, guacamole, shredded jack, sour cream.  All tacos topped with fresh cilantro.
  • Sabzee: Chicken tacos with bell peppers, pineapple and mozzarella
  • Gyros on wheels: Gyro taco with cabbage salad
  • Bacon Bacon:
    • The Triple B Taco – pork shoulder, crispy belly, bacon, pickled peppers, queso
    • The Breakfast Taco – scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese
  • Calpe Paella: Spanish Paella
  • Smothered: Carne Asada Fries – Crispy french fries topped with carne asada, avocado cream, cheddar and jack cheese, queso fresco, and pico de gallo
  • Firetrail Pizza: Mexican Pizza

DINNER LINEUP (5pm-10pm)

  • Tacos El Tuca: Marias Marinated Al Pastor Tacos- all tacos $2!
  • Manna Sushi: Poki Tacowith spicy ahi tuna, jalapenos, avocado, seaweed salad and tobiko
  • Bacon Bacon:
    • The Triple B Taco– pork shoulder, crispy belly, bacon, pickled peppers, queso
    • The Breakfast Taco– scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese
