Twitter Needs Roommates for its Massive HQ in SF
Tech giant seeking subtenants for three floors of its huge HQ starting in December

Thanks to the SF Chronicle for letting us know that Twitter is looking for subtenants for its San Francisco Headquarters as its own employees are staying home.
The tech company at has listed nearly 105,000 square feet of 1 Tenth Street for sublease. This is after the company adopted a permanent “work-from-home” policy during the pandemic. Twitter currently leases about 800,000 square feet at their HQ complex.
Twitter will be leasing space on three floors starting in December for two to five years.
