Yerba Buena Gardens Festival is Back for 2021
Yerba Buena Gardens Festival recently announced that its back for 2021 with in-person programming.
Yerba Buena Gardens Festival is excited we’ll be able to gather in person soon!
We are planning a shortened season along with a variety of artful activities that will enliven Yerba Buena Gardens. Upcoming activities will come in the form of unplugged music performances, socially-distanced dance classes, self-led garden tours and more! Dates and details may be announced last-minute as these “pop-up” programs are meant to be immediate, at least until the re-launch of our usual outdoor programs per public health guidelines.
Adhering to social-distancing and mask requirements in Yerba Buena Gardens, YBG Festival will implement limited capacities and other important safety measures. All programs are still Free, Outdoors and Fresh.
We are also thrilled to be working with artists, community organizations, educational institutions and businesses through programs that engage the vital Bay Area cultural community and assist in the recovery of the neighborhood and the region. With new special projects like the Endurance, Hope and Community commissioning program, we aim to deepen our relationships with long-term partners while connecting with new partners.
These endeavors come at time of transitioning to a “new normal” of how we can gather safely and as such they are all subject to change. The YBG Festival staff appreciates community support and grace as we adapt to these times and present truly excellent, accessible performances to our local community.
As always, you can find the latest YBG Festival updates through our social media and website calendar and newsletter.
We look forward to seeing you in the Gardens very soon!
