Community Enrichment Organization & Mayor Kevin Jenkins for a day filled with fun and excitement at the Arroyo Viejo Recreation Center! Our Annual Easter Carnival is back and better than ever. Get ready for egg hunts, games, prizes, and family fun. Bring your family and friends for a day you won’t forget.
