CityDance 2019: Free Live Music, Dance Lesson & Beer Garden | San Jose

Put on your dancing shoes and join the fun every Thursday evening from Aug. 15 to Oct. 3 for free live music and dance lessons.

CityDance San Jose is an evening of socializing, music and open-air dancing at the Plaza de Cesar Chavez. With live bands and a professional dance instructor to teach the fine points of the evening dance styles, you can tune your skills, learn something new, or just show off.

To end CityDance 2018, let’s “Vogue” with dance instructor Sir JoQ from Vogue & Tone and DJSpiider providing the music. Show up looking Vogue to take part in our best-dressed contest. Also kick back and enjoy a live dance performance to conclude CityDance 2018.

End the evening with gourmet sliders from Paddy Wagon Sliders, along with beer and wine from Gordon Biersch Brewing Company and Barefoot Wine & Bubbly.
