Cliff’s Variety 75th Anniversary All-Day Party | Castro

Cliff’s Variety in the Castro has been a one stop shop for 75 years; it’s a store for hardware, housewares, art, crafts, games and holiday stuff.

For its all-day 75th Anniversary Party, they’ll be vendor presentations at the store, an ultra cheap movie showing at next door Castro Theater and an outdoor block party in the parking lot with vintage disco music and dancing.

Schedule of Festivities:

• 10 am – 3 pm: Vendors demonstrations
• 12 pm: Castro Theater plays “The Love Bug.” Tickets, popcorn and soda only $0.75 each.
• 2 pm to 6 pm: Castro Retro Tea Dance. Enjoy Sylvester-era disco music as well as your favorite local entertainers in the Castro Theatre parking lot. Vintage disco sounds and looks so dress the part.
