That local deadbeat-of-love, Broke Ass Stuart, is throwing his own ’90s alt-rock jam happy hour at Monarch on Wednesdays from 5:30-9:30 pm.

Broke Ass Stuart will be the guest bartender.

Plus, there will be naughty coloring books, markers and crayons at the bar, porno flicks on the screen, candy to much on and ’90s alt-rock jams for your emails.
