Why are adults suddenly wild about coloring? What is it about this simple activity that seems to be so healing, uplifting and transformative? Since 2010 Aubrey Vora has been exploring the impact coloring has on personal development and mental health, sharing her pages and supporting kids and adults around the world as they reconnect with their creative power.
In this talk, she will share her discoveries and experiences so far, as well as offer a Do-It-Yourself tutorial in creating different types of coloring pages.
