Jump-start your spring garden with some homemade compost! Aside from giving veggies and flowers a healthy start, composting encourages beneficial organisms in the soil and can help break the life cycle of pests and disease. Join Green Zebra as we install our very own worm bin to start composting in the Environmental Action Center. Learn the easy steps involved in setting up and maintaining your own composting bin. Suzi Palladino, executive director of Garden For the Environment, will lead this fun and practical, hands-on class. Rot On!
