Cookies and Comedy is a top notch comedy show highlighted by comics who in addition to having great material also have stage personas with a lot of flavor. This flavor is celebrated by bringing in some oven baked cookies for free.
The show takes place at 7 pm every 2nd Tuesday and 4th Tuesday at Brainwash Cafe.
This special edition will also feature Free Frozen fruit bars from Outshine.
Headliner Nato Green – Current Events (SF Examiner, Mm KALW radio, The Business) Nato has been described by the East Bay Express as “erudite and acerbic, a SF raised Father, union organizer, gastronome, bibliophile, and political spark plug.” His first comedy album, The Nato Green Party, was released by rooftop comedy. He’s been named best comic by SF Weekly, Huffington Post, and CBS. He wrote for Totally Biased with Kamau Bell on FX.
