Want an interactive experience this year with your sweetheart? Join ITK Culinary where they curated an exciting menu designed for special couples to get their hands-on in creating a special meal together in a fun social environment.
The menu for the evening will consist of the following:
- Kir Royale
- Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette
- Lamb Carpaccio with Shaved Parmesan, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 20 years Balsamic
- Seared Mi Cuit Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Fried Parsnips, Watercress
- New York Strip Steak with Mushrooms and Potatoes
- Molten Chocolate Cakes with Berry Coulis and Whipped Cream
Vegetarian Options:
- Creamy Vegetarian Broccoli Soup
- Handmade Pasta with Farro and Mushroom “Meatballs”
- Quinoa Stuffed Delicata Squash Boats
