Learn the basic steps of paper making in a playful, experimental, accessible and sustainable way. Tickets start at $25 or $40 which includes materials kit.
In this introduction to handmade paper making, participants will use their own dryer lint to create a piece of paper and an envelope. Julia will share the basic steps of paper making in a playful, experimental, accessible and sustainable way. As an antidote to digital communication, participants are encouraged to use the handmade stationary to write a letter to their future selves.
To participate in this workshop you will need the following:
- Dryer lint
- Plexi-glass
- Strainer
**We encourage you to use your own materials, but you can collect your own materials or purchase a materials kit at checkout.**
