Crosscut, based in the Bay Area, plays a unique mix of blues, rock, and original music to create a sound that is all its own.
Their musical influences include early Delta Blues, Memphis and Chicago Electric Blues, Soul from STAX and Motown, R&B, Rock, and a little bit of everything else
About Jewels in the Square: The Jewels in the Square Performance Series brings live music, dance, outdoor movies and other entertainment to Union Square, showcasing upcoming and emerging talent with a unique San Francisco flair.
Programs are held from April through October on the main stage of the beautifully redesigned Union Square Park. Events are generally held on Wednesdays at 12:30 pm and 6 pm, and on Sundays at 2 pm.
