Join the Bedford Gallery for their Cute Critters Live Draw and art auction from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on August 5 at the gallery. Classroom Safari, a Petaluma-based animal adventure company, will bring its Animal Ambassadors that could include an adorable hedgehog, a beguiling two-toed sloth, a bouncy ring-tailed lemur, and a handsome fennec fox for notable local artists to draw, live, on the spot.
Every half-hour, the gallery will auction these artists’ interpretations of their wild animal guests. Artwork will be auctioned every half hour for $50 —this is a rare opportunity to purchase original art from an artist you’ll see in action.
Enjoy some refreshments while you watch art in the making, and meet some of the cutest wild animals around. Event admission includes a ticket to the Bedford’s current show, Sweet n Low: An International Show of Cute.
